At Kanishka Travel, we understand that plans can change. Below is our clear cancellation and refund structure to ensure a smooth process for our travelers.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the date of cancellation request:

| 30 Days or more before departure | 15% of the Total Tour Cost |
| 15 to 29 Days before departure | 30% of the Total Tour Cost |
| 07 to 14 Days before departure | 50% of the Total Tour Cost |
| Less than 07 Days before departure | 100% (No Refund) |
If a trip is cancelled due to landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, or government-imposed restrictions (which are common in Himalayan regions), Kanishka Travel will offer a "Credit Note" for the same amount, which can be used for any future trip within 1 year. Direct refunds in such cases are subject to hotel/transport provider policies.
If you wish to postpone your trip instead of cancelling, please inform us at least 15 days in advance. Postponement is subject to availability and might incur a "Rescheduling Fee" depending on the season and hotel availability.
